Dr. Gary has steadily provided exceptional quality faith-based services to families, individuals, and groups. Dr. Gary attributes his achievements to biblical principles, relationships, mental and behavioral health, wellness, and wholeness. Dr. Gary’s cornerstone of how he lives his own life is that he has an adamant belief system in divine guidance. This is the true path that gifts him the ability to relate to individuals, enabling them to live successful lives.

Dr. Gary is an Ordained Minister who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from the University of the District of Columbia, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University, a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling, a master’s degree in biblical counseling, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theology, a Masters’ Certification in Non-profit Management, a Masters’ Certification in Trauma, and a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC).

Dr. Gary is currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University, focusing on a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership emphasized in behavioral health and a certified anger management specialist-II from California Cognitive Behavioral Institute. Dr. Gary has years of experience working in mental health, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Dr. Gary’s goal is to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan and entrepreneurship skills and utilize his expertise in leadership, team building, and executive management in the mental health field. He practices a holistic approach and integrates spiritual consciousness into his work as a mental health professional and substance abuse counselor. Dr. Gary’s scope of practice also lends toward emotional issues and spiritual needs, addiction disorders, executive leadership, anger management, domestic violence, and conflict resolution. Dr. Gary has led workshops, retreats, and seminars in churches and non-profit organizations. He has a true passion for mental health, church ministry, education, and leadership and enjoys being a team player and working with people that profess the same devotion. Dr. Gary is a member of the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors), and he regularly receives ongoing training through various seminars and other professional organizations.
